Learn to Skate / Basic Skills
Many of my clients had never been on skates before our first lesson. For over 20 years I have been introducing children and adults of all ages to the world of ice skating in a fun and patient manner. Learn to Skate lessons can be taken privately, semi-privately, or with a group of friends. Once we have taken our first few steps we will continue through the Basic Skills of the skating discipline of your choice. Check Coach Cory’s Schedule for available lesson times.
Hockey Skating and Stick and Puck
Hockey is my first love. Over the years as both a player and a coach I have acquired an abundance of skills and drills to improve every aspect of your game. Whether you want to improve your skating, stick handling, shooting, passing or team play, a hockey lesson can help. Lessons can be catered to focus on a specific skill or I can analyze your skills and recommend areas for improvement. Private, semi-private and group hockey lessons are available. Basic hockey skating lessons are available at most times listed on Coach Cory’s Schedule. Stick and puck lesson time is somewhat limited - please email me to request a lesson.
Power Skating (advanced hockey skating)
Skating is the most important skill for a hockey player. Period. I have worked with hockey, power and speed skating coaches here and abroad to develop my knowledge of the techniques required to get the most out of your skating ability. If you want to improve your speed and efficiency you need Power Skating. Because of the advanced nature of these lessons, Power Skating time is somewhat limited. Please email me to request a lesson.
